| These photos of Cottonwood Cave, in the Lincoln National
Forest, in S.E. New Mexico, are from an area that is now gated and
unaccessable to the public. This area was accessable in December of
1970, when I went through the cave. I was 14 at the time, and I was using a
Kodak Instamatic camera with the old square flashcubes. The photos were
printed on Kodak paper, and have been in one of those old photo albums with
sticky-back pages, covered with aceatate sheets. It looks like the colors
have faded to a shade of yellowish-brown after 30 years. In other words --
don't expect professional quality photos here!
I scanned them into my computer at 200 dpi, and the images are approx.
43KB - 66KB in size. Enjoy!!
